Das Author-e Pharma Collaboration Tool ermöglicht Ihnen die Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verteilung Ihrer qualitätsrelevanten Dokumente (Spezifikationen, SOPs, OOS Workflows,…). Bestehende Dokumente müssen nicht neu erstellt werden, sondern werden importiert, im Author-e Pharma bearbeitet und nach der Bearbeitung im individuellen Workflow in vielfältiger Weise verteilt bzw. veröffentlicht (Webseite, PDF, Word Dokument). Definierbare Signaturschritte sichern den Freigabeprozess von Teilen oder bei der Endfreigabe des gesamten Werkes.
Texte können, als Module versioniert, in mehreren Dokumenten verfügbar gemacht werden und können quasi als Stammdaten eingesetzt werden.
